4 Quarter Communication:
Pause, Reflect, Reset

Our mission

Our mission is to create an environment where our clients fully expand into their truth, in order that they can find the courage to live the authentic life that they desire.

What services we offer

We focus on 3 key areas: Communication and Support, Personal Transformation, and Training (self-help and facilitated).

4QC provides one to one Empowerment Coaching.  Please read our individual pages for details: Edwina  Toby.   Alternatively contact us here  to find out more.

Rooted in Circles is Edwina's passion where she is gathering groups of women to experience and learn about the power of sitting together in circle. She teaches listening skills, honouring, reflection, courage to speak your wisdom, confidentiality and effective support.

Onama is Toby's heart centred practice where men are supported to feel into their connection with the Divine as they face into the weight of the patriarchal contract.

We offer training programs on a number of personal development subjects through Authentic Human (launch tbc).

Why 4 Quarter Communication?

A 4 archetype model appears in many cultures. The model we use is rooted in the Jungian concept, which has been further defined by writers Gillett & Moore.  The foundation stone of our work is an aknowledgement of 4 key archetypes, that we refer to as the 4 quarters:

  • Warrior (boundaries, identity, getting stuff done). The associated emotion is anger
  • Thinker or Magician (provides dispassionate perspective and sees options) The associated emotion is fear
  • Lover (spontaneity, creativity, connection) The associated emotion is sadness or grief
  • Sovereign (holds your vision, blesses where you are) The associated emotion is joy

Whether you have a spiritual practice or not, we believe these archetypes are available to us all as inner allies.

As mature adults, we are all striving for balance. When you are out of balance it tends to mean that there is an old wound or redundant pattern in play. We find that the 4 Quarter model provides an excellent and accessible framework in which our clients can explore and find solutions.

By engaging with this work, our clients are introduced to the archetypes and learn how to continue working with them to empower their lives.
