4 Quarter Coaching
Do you find yourself wanting a particular outcome but are somehow blocked? 4 Quarter Coaching is designed to carefully assess your situation in order for you to take the right action for you.
Blocks can take many forms, for instance: low self belief, cloudy thinking, inability to stick to a plan, no support network, difficulty getting started etc. Most blocks have a driving emotional element that that we believe is useful to embrace as we unpack the situation together and plan your next steps.

How does it work?
Over a series of hour-long sessions (first session is 90 minutes), I work with you to identify the following:
At the end of each session we will agree a set of actions that you can take to support you and your goals, at a pace that works for you.
In your first session I will establish what outcomes you are hoping for and what we need to focus on. Thereafter sessions will be one hour up to an agreed number at a frequency to suit you. I also provide regular brief ongoing support contact to help you to stay on track and continue to build the life you want.
